HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I ORDERED ON GLOBALSOCCERSTORE.COM?

We want you to love your new purchase but if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you have right to cancel within 14 days of parcel received date. The right to cancel does not apply to the following:

- Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Return item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible to compensate the lost value that has occurred during the usage of the goods.

OPTION 1: To return or exchange an item, please complete the return advice form which was included to your parcel and return the items using the pre-printed returns label attached. Please note that all returns must be in shipping box or shipping bag.

After you have completed this form, add return advice to return parcel and send it to us. Address is on pre-printed returns label.

OPTION 2: To cancel your online purchase by e-mail, please send an e-mail to info@globalsoccerstore.com using following example:

I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of the following goods:

After you have completed this form, send it to us (info@globalsoccerstore.com) with pictures of product (also product sole plate). HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 business days after we received the request to cancel your order. Once the money has been credited back into your account, you will receive an e-mail notification to inform you that we have completed your return.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

We do our best to check each product that leaves our facility is up to meet your standards. If you find a fault that has occurred with the product you received, please contact our customer service representative within 7 days at info@globalsoccerstore.com, to fix the problem and ship out the correct item. If it is a company error, we will cover for the shipping expenses.

Please note that all returns must be in shipping box or shipping bag.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE?

It is best to immediately contact our customer service professionals, e-mail us at info@globalsoccerstore.com, as soon as possible. We will give you further instructions.

From our experience, through proper care and normal use, almost all defects for apparel and footwear will be evident after the first 14 days from the day you first purchased the item. Natural wear and tear is not considered a defect. Please note: Many of the items that we sell are in need of special care due to the material they are made of. (I.e. latex, leather, etc). You will also notice non-apparel and non-footwear items have extended warranties that of course will be honored during the life of their guarantee.

It does not necessarily mean that if you purchase a higher priced item, it will last you a longer time. Remember that you are paying for the performance and comfort.

WHAT ARE ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?

The right to cancel does not apply to the following:

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM BACK TO YOUR COMPANY?

We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
